Non stop production supported by the preloading system, no machine idle.
Rigid machine structure and user friendly design adopted.
Dual Cross bar feed and weld automatically.
Weld electrode is 1000mm wide to weld 2 cross bar in one stroke.
Variable cross bar pitch can be added to the machine to increase flexibility in the grating panel dimension after cutting.
Excess cross bar trimming mechanism on the machine trim off the cross bar, no extra process requirement.
