Founded in 1979, Dahching Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of resistance welding equipment, including spot, projection, seam, flash butt, and inverter DC welders. Over the years, our brand identity has evolved as DAICHEN, yet both names stand for one company, one spirit, and one commitment to excellence.


For more than four decades, Dahching has been a pioneer in Taiwan’s welding industry, dedicated to automation, customization, and continuous improvement.

Customized Welders.

Our strength lies in developing tailor-made welding solutions designed around each customer’s specific production requirements. Rather than pursuing mass production, we focus on consultation, engineering analysis, and real application validation to recommend the most effective and efficient welding systems.


Beyond machinery, Dahching also integrates peripheral components, materials, and process technologies to help customers streamline production and accelerate product development. With Industry 4.0 in mind, we have introduced digital monitoring systems (WeldGraphix ProSync) that enable real-time data recording and quality assurance.


Dahching’s equipment serves a wide range of industries — including aerospace and defense, automotive components, rail infrastructure, grating and wire mesh, construction rebar, power electronics, and household appliances — delivering total welding solutions from concept to completion.

History

History
In The2000’s
  • Factory relocated to current site, combined office and factory into one operation site.
  • Dedicated on producing Three Phase DC Inverter (MFDC) Power Conversion Transformer and the welding machines.
In The1990’s
  • Developed Three Phase Rectified DC transformers and started to shift product range from standard stationary spot welding machine into customized resistance welding machines in combination with auto welding and/or auto part loading and unloading processes.
In The1980’s
  • Daiching’s Tainan factory was established in 1983.
  • Began exporting to and attending south east asian fairs starting from 1980's.
  • Standard spot welder built back in the early 1980’s at the original factory in Banqiaou Taipei County.

We offer three-phase DC inverter (MFDC) type welders aimed at energy efficiency, saving up to 70% of power compared to conventional single-phase AC machines.
