Advanced Joining & Thermal Systems

These technologies utilize solid-state processes, such as diffusion bonding and diffusion welding, to transform and join materials through atomic diffusion without reaching a liquid phase. By employing these precise joining methods, the systems maintain material integrity, prevent oxidation, and ensure high electrical conductivity for industrial applications in the EV, Aerospace, and Power Electronics sectors.

There are four core technologies centered on solid-state material transformation and assembly: Vacuum Powder Sintering, which consolidates metal powders into high-density solid components; Solid-State Forming, which compresses strands and foils into dense blocks or terminals; Solid-State Joining, which utilizes diffusion welding to create molecular-level bonds between distinct parts without melting; and Heating & Annealing, which provides controlled thermal conditioning to optimize mechanical properties.
